That's why, when I say that the fish and chips at 1515 are, without question, the finest in the Bay Area, you can trust it's not just another passing compliment, it's a genuine revelation!! As someone who's notoriously particular about this dish, I've tasted it all, and 1515 sets a new standard. The snapper, golden and crisp on the outside yet tender and flaky on the inside, is a masterclass in seafood preparation. Freshness is paramount here, and it's evident in every bite. The fries are perfectly crisp and generously seasoned, while the house-made tartar sauce strikes the ideal balance of creamy and tangy, elevating the entire dish. From start to finish, every element of this meal feels thoughtfully crafted and expertly executed. For those who appreciate the art of well-made fish and chips, 1515 is a must-try. I'll be returning without hesitation.

I usually go for the buffalo cauliflower, but my friend recommended the tacos and they're definitely a new favorite of mine. We got ours with steak and cheese and the salsa goes perfectly with it!

Love the brunch here. My go to is the egg breakfast with bacon and homestyle potatoes. The eggs are always fluffy, bacon is crispy like I like it, and the potatoes are crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. Just add a mimosa and my breakfast is complete!
