Imagine being able to transform, what looks like a shrunken cabbage (probably the last thing anyone would think of when choosing an appetizer to kick of the meal) into an unforgettably, shy of orgasmic, scrumptious prelude...easily able to showcase as the main event, Well, this is exactly the case when it comes to 1515's beautifully and unparalleled Brussels Sprouts. The seemingly overlooked vegetable is bathed in olive oil, then generously dusted with sea salt and cracked pepper. The time spent in the oven, and the temperature hand selected, is carefully chosen and executed with meticulous accuracy. As this plate, an undeniable future favorite, begs room on your table...your eyes are guided to this magical sauce (Dijon Aioli). Before your server can say enjoy, a tiny, well crisped and harmoniously seasoned underdog finds itself covered in sauce. In an almost instinctual movement, this little gem, is in the place of final judgment...your mouth! True bliss can't be explained, only experienced. So...if true bliss is what you're after, look no further, 1515's Brussels Sprouts are your road to happiness. Shaun
This one is to die for! I always order this every time I come here. The combination of cheddar, gruyere & mozzarella is what makes this dish exceptional & not to forget the white truffle oil too! And if you add smoked apple bacon to this you're going to want to order another one TO GO (I sure did!)
Great place for happy hour ! Good food n drinks with good prices! :) you will definitely be satisfied!
Light and delicious! Served with a wonderfully favored homemade hot sauce. Portions were perfect. The atmosphere is relaxed, dress down or dress up. It suits all dinner expectations. Wide variety on the menu for all tastes! Simply wonderful.
I had the scampi and the shoestring potatoes with the house chardonnay. The scampi were perfectly cooked; the fries were the best I've ever had and the chardonnay complemented both perfectly! Thank you!
Heading to the "Creek" looking for some Happy Hour eats. I'll have the Caesar $6, Deviled Eggs $7, Oysters $8, Pizza $9, Mussels $11, and two 22oz beers @ $6 per to wash it all down with. Hope they taste as good as the photograph.
